The 30-day happiness guarantee

If you're not happy with your book for any reason, contact us at shushanran@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. We'll make it right: regenerate the pages you don't love, reprint a physical book, or refund your payment - your choice, no fuss.

Digital editions

Because you preview the full book for free before paying, digital purchases rarely disappoint - but the guarantee applies to them too: if something is wrong with your digital book, we will regenerate it or refund it.

Printed books

Printed books are produced on demand and only after you approve the book, so returns are not needed for content reasons. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with production defects, send us a photo of the issue and we will reprint it at no cost or refund you.

If a package is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery), we will reprint or refund after checking with the carrier.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days of approval.
